Reward Whiz Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RewardWhiz, a mobile application developed and operated by Pixy Mynx Apps ("Pixy Mynx," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pixy Mynx Apps governing your access to and use of the RewardWhiz application and all related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RewardWhiz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the application and uninstall it from your device.

These Terms apply to all users of RewardWhiz, including but not limited to casual users, active participants, and those engaging with our partner platforms (PubScale, CPAGrip, Google AdMob).

2. Eligibility

To use RewardWhiz, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the application only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Account Authenticity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
• Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing earning limits or exploiting promotions, is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of RewardWhiz is prohibited by law.

Pixy Mynx Apps reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

RewardWhiz uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By creating an account, you authorize us to access certain Google account information as permitted by your Google account settings and our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
• Use a secure device and internet connection when accessing RewardWhiz.

Pixy Mynx Apps is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Fraudulent activity, abuse, or exploitation of the platform.
• Multiple account creation or usage.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 4.
• Extended period of inactivity (90+ days without login).

Upon termination, your access to coin balance and pending rewards may be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities & Strict Anti-Fraud Policy

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. To protect our platform, we strictly enforce these rules:

• Fraud & Abuse: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial means to complete surveys, watch ads, or earn coins.
• Network Masking: Using VPNs, Proxies, or IP-masking software to alter your location.
• Device Emulation: Using Emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, or macro/bot software.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits or exploit promotions (strictly one account per person and physical device).
• False Information: Providing inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information in surveys, diagnostics, or account registration.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or hack the application, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code, or exploiting referral systems (e.g., self-referrals).
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing other users' accounts or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Malicious Activity: Uploading viruses, malware, or any harmful code that could damage or interfere with the application.
• Spam & Harassment: Sending unsolicited communications, engaging in abusive behavior, or harassing other users or Pixy Mynx staff.
• Intellectual Property Violation: Using our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content without express permission.
• Partner Platform Abuse: Violating the terms of service of our partner platforms (PubScale, CPAGrip, AdMob).

Consequence: Violation of these prohibitions may result in an immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all accumulated Coins and pending payouts, with no right to appeal, and potential legal action.

5. Coin Economy and Rewards

5.1 Earning Coins

Users earn coins through legitimate engagement with RewardWhiz features:

• Surveys: Completing surveys from PubScale, CPAGrip, and other partner platforms.
• Video Ads: Watching video advertisements served by Google AdMob.
• Beauty & Logic: Completing diagnostic assessments in our Editorial Diagnostic Lab.
• Daily Bonuses: Logging in daily to claim streak rewards.
• Extra Tasks: Engaging with special offers, app installations, and promotional activities.

Coin values are determined by Pixy Mynx Apps and may vary based on task type, difficulty, partner payouts, and promotional campaigns. We reserve the right to adjust coin values at any time.

5.2 Coin Validity and Expiration

Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, accounts inactive for more than 90 consecutive days may have their coin balance reset or account suspended at our discretion.

5.3 Reward Redemption

Users may redeem coins for:

• Amazon gift cards (various denominations)
• Flipkart vouchers
• Google Play credits
• PayPal transfers (minimum threshold applies)
• UPI instant payments (Indian users)

Each redemption option has specific minimum thresholds, processing times, and availability based on geographic region. Redemption requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours for digital rewards and up to 7-14 business days for bank/UPI transfers.

5.4 Redemption Restrictions & User Responsibility

• User Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for entering the correct payout details (e.g., typing the correct UPI ID or PayPal email). We are not liable for funds sent to the wrong account due to user error.
• We reserve the right to verify identity for high-value redemptions (above 10,000 coins).
• Redemptions may be delayed or denied if fraud or Terms violations are suspected.
• Coins earned through fraudulent means are not redeemable and will be forfeited.
• Pixy Mynx Apps is not responsible for errors in user-provided payment information.

5.5 No Cash Value

Coins have no intrinsic cash value outside of the RewardWhiz ecosystem. They cannot be sold, transferred to other users, or exchanged for currency except through official redemption channels within the application.

6. Third-Party Partnerships & Offerwalls

6.1 Partner Platforms

RewardWhiz integrates with the following third-party platforms:

• PubScale: Premium offerwall for surveys and performance-based tasks.
• CPAGrip: Diverse earning opportunities including app installs and video views.
• Google AdMob: Video advertisement platform for monetization.

When engaging with these platforms through RewardWhiz, you are also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Pixy Mynx Apps is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of these third parties.

6.2 Survey & Offer Completion

Survey and task opportunities are provided by partner platforms. Pixy Mynx Apps acts only as an intermediary. We do not guarantee:

• Availability of surveys or offers at all times.
• Qualification for every survey presented.
• Completion without disqualification.
• Immediate crediting of coins (partner platforms control crediting timelines).

Missing Coins: Disqualifications or rejections are determined by partner platforms based on their criteria. If you complete a task or survey but the third-party provider fails to report it or rejects it, RewardWhiz is not liable for crediting the missing Coins, and cannot override partner decisions or provide compensation.

6.3 Partner Disputes

Disputes related to partner platform activities (survey disqualifications, offer crediting issues, ad delivery problems) must be directed to the respective partner's support channels. While we facilitate integration, Pixy Mynx Apps is not liable for partner platform decisions or technical issues on their systems.

7. Giveaways & Leaderboards

By participating in the app and earning coins, you consent to having your Display Name and Profile Picture shown publicly on Giveaways or Leaderboards. Giveaways are conducted at our sole discretion, and the selection of winners is final.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Pixy Mynx Ownership

All intellectual property rights in RewardWhiz, including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, logos (including the RewardWhiz and Pixy Mynx brands), Beauty & Logic diagnostic algorithms, user interface, and content, are owned exclusively by Pixy Mynx Apps or our licensors.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install RewardWhiz on your personal device.
• Access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use our trademarks, branding, or content for commercial purposes without permission.

8.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to RewardWhiz (such as Beauty & Logic diagnostic responses, profile information, or feedback), you grant Pixy Mynx Apps a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze such content for purposes of improving our services, conducting research, and developing new features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RewardWhiz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the application.
• Accuracy: Information provided through Beauty & Logic diagnostics is for educational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Earning Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific earning amounts, survey availability, or qualification rates.
• Device Compatibility: We do not warrant compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the reliability or performance of partner platforms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, warranties are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixy Mynx Apps, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Loss of Coins: Loss of coin balance due to account suspension, termination, or technical issues.
• Data Loss: Loss of data, files, or information stored in the application.
• Earning Expectations: Failure to earn anticipated amounts or qualify for surveys.
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or inactions of partner platforms (PubScale, CPAGrip, AdMob).
• Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of RewardWhiz shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total coin value in your account at the time of the claim, or (b)
